This was a business meeting. All monkeys were excused when it was made known that there was to be no monkey business during the meeting!
What did occur? – Shirley Bonsell said the paperwork for the
club has been submitted. We’re good for two more years! Dave Monroe attended Pres.
meeting. Discussed were: membership, etc. Pres. Jerry addressed “Walk of Fame”
project. It was approved for the “Buffalo Soldiers.” He also addressed the
“Adopt a Highway” program and the club’s joining the Highland Falls Chamber of
Commerce as a group. In addition, a club news article will be printed once per
month in the News of the
Boat Trip - Cap‘n Gus reminded all about the boat ride!
That’s Sunday, August 27th!” Boat leaves the dock at 6:00 pm. Mark your
calender! 6 couples from the Newburgh Club will be aboard, as well as the Pres.

Holy Innocents Thrift Shop. will be operating every Thurs. 10 am to 1 pm.
