Rotary Last Week – December 9, 2004

Fruit Distribution – Unfortunately, a combination of events including hurricanes, poor crops, and poor delivery scheduling, plus the close proximity of the Holidays, caused the

cancellation of this week’s fruit distribution. Arrangements are being made for refunding customers and insuring them that steps are being taken to avoid the shipping factor in the future.

Winter’s Here! – Both the Episcopal & Catholic Church thrift shops will be operating 2^nd & 4^th Wed. of month. (Have any worm clothing for them?)

Phil Brillante said Interact did great job during football season. Also, Dave Sutton is at war again (the penny war) at the High School. Classes compete raising pennies.

Christmas Reminder - Dave Weyant said the “Bell Ringing” would occur on December 18 & 19 at Key Food. He passed around a sign up sheet.

Jerry Sheehan’s Pushcart: – Extra! Extra! We still have Ben Birillo’s artistically created Statue of Liberty Scarves. Buy one for your best girl! All profits to the club.

Dinner Theater. – Still being discussed.
