Program
This was a somewhat truncated meeting due to the fact of light attendance. Some business, however, did transpire and follows: An application from Col. McMahon, recent club speaker on sexuality at the Academy was accepted. Bill Higgins made a motion to accept the application and Roy Spells seconded it. All present were in favor.
President Jerry discussed the program to send money to families
of troops killed in
Shirley Bonsell discussed a
Program being undertaken by the American Cancer Society at the Thayer Hotel.
The Hotel has donated a basket for the football game in
Phil Brillante wasn’t present, but we won’t ‘slip up’ on his prior safety warning to “Watch out for the black ice.” Need I say anything further? Also, the “penny wars” are occurring in O’Neill H.S. Phil asks that loose change be brought to the meeting for “ammunition”.

Update on What’s Doing ‘round Rotary? Idea’s needed for the Dinner Theatre, which comes up in March.

articles which have appeared in the local News of the
Elections will be coming up shortly.
Holy Innocents Thrift Shop will be operating every Thurs. 10 am to 1 pm.
The Holy Innocents food pantry, 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month.
Sacred Heart food pantry & Thrift Shop. Open 10am – 2pm.
Money will supplement food donations.
