Today’s Program – Pres. Jerry Sheehan talks about 9/11 & shows a film on it.

Last Weeks Program

Capt. Michael Nuckowski, NE Director of Office of Admissions, USMA . Capt. Nuckowski said that the mission of the Corps is to educate, train & inspire candidates with the concept of academics, physical well-being and leadership. The concepts of Academic, Physical, medical plus nomination earn a cadetship.  This was an interesting program and we thank Capt. Nuckowski for a great presentation.

 

President Jerry informed the membership that Harold Spaeth is okay and will be back shortly. He further said that we soon will be part of the local Chamber of Commerce.

Additionally, the membership roster will be weeded out, purged where necessary and re-written. There also will be a committee formed to “Adopt A Highway”.

 

Phil Brillante’s weekly safety tip!’ –

“Put your trust in The Lord,

Not that ungrounded extension cord”.

Use a three wire cord with no cuts on it and double insulated tools when working. (A lower gauge wire will transmit further.)

 

Holy Innocents Thrift Shop will be operating every Thurs. 10 am to 1 pm. 

The Holy Innocents food pantry, 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month.

Sacred Heart Thrift Shop open 10am – 2pm
