COL Klienfelter, the First West Point Chief Information
Officer has instituted policies which will manage the revolutionized the future
of the computer world at the Academy. He
noted that wireless technology was the way of the future. Noted was how new
cadets will accomplish classroom and homework requirements starting with the
Class of 2006. COL Klienfelter also mapped out how the Staff and Faculty would
conduct their daily business with fiber optics replacing current wiring being
placed underground on the installation.

The
Blooming Grove/Washingtonville Rotary Club will hold their 2nd annual Gold
Outing at the Stony Ford Golf Course, Monday June 30, 2003. The format will be Four Man (Person) Scramble
at 9:00 AM is the Shotgun time. They
plan a very enjoyable event to many prizes, continental breakfast, raffles,

Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) will have their conference at Vassar College,
Monday, 23 June through Friday, 27 June 2003.
The deadline for applications is May 16, 2003, for high school students
